I am trying to access the terrarium server without much luck. I get the following message on the screen.

The Terrarium server is experiencing temporary difficulties.  This is why you are probably not receiving any animals.  Please bear with us while we get the issue resolved.

I do not know if this problem is truly with the server or if it is with my setup.  I am behind a firewall Linksys DI-704p, and I have set the special applications trigger and port to 50000 ( and it is enabled ).  I manage to get peers, 21 at this time.  All the lights at the top right window are green except the last one which is red, Version Update Web Service.  

Does anyone know if the server is truly experiencing difficulties or is there something wrong with my setup.  I have read the previous posts on this issue and the FAQ but I still do not seem to be getting anywhere.

This is a known issue right now.  The auto-update service isn't working correctly, which is the cause of the 5th status light turning red.  As long as you have a positive peer count and you are receiving teleports, you should be all set.

I currently have a positive peer count but I am not receiving any teleports.  If I run my own terrarium I can get animals from the servers, but never any when in Ecosystem mode.

There are enough clients and organisms now that you should receive teleportations soon after connection.  This leads me to believe that your firewall is not set up correctly.

Finally got it to work.  I had to download the latest firmware for my router.  Thanks
