Terrarium Newbie

Hello,

I'm trying to change from vba to vb.net. Therefore I try to practice with terrarium. It works, but I can't create creatures or plants.

The main problem - when I try to add some simple "sample" code, the message appears: Assembly failed validation process.

I am using .net 2005 - is this a problem? Is there somewhere a good description or a complete sample project for .net 2005?

Thanx for help,

Eric

Youneed to compile your critters with the .Net 1.1 Framework. The simplest way to accomplish this is to use VS .Net 2003 or thecommand line. See my the post about my sample carnivore, "Spidy", at http://www.davidandangela.ws/Blogs/TerrariumBlog/2005/10/spidy.htmlfor an example.
