Terrarium download not working

Hi!
I'm trying to download the Terrarium sample from http://windowsclient.net/downloads/folders/starterkits/entry1269.aspx but the download link doesn't work. Could someone fix this?

Hi Zhi-Xin,

yes, I know the location. But the Download link does not work. I am using Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.11. When I click Download I get redirected to this link http://www.windowsclient.net/terrarium/download/?tabindex=10&tabid=42with the "The Page cannot be found" information.
