YES! After a full week of dedicated work, I have ported every single line of this application to VB.NET!

jc, what a butload of work.

Soon as I can actually verify that all is working like it does in the C# version.
I'll be happy to post my source here to anyone who is interested.
I have learned a lot porting it over, and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have.

My kudoz goes out to the excellent developers of the original TaskVision, this is truly a great resource for us all!!

Ah, excellent! Sounds like you’re creating what most of us need to answer a good few questions. The addition of C# seems to have made the task of looking for samples/help even more difficult for those who wish to code in the .net incarnation of vb â€?nbsp;the majority of leaning aids I have found have been in C# so far.

Until this â€?nbsp;a great looking sample app which addresses many of the problems I am currently looking. Now if I can just get the code â€?br/>
Is there any chance that the author of this thread (or anyone for that matter) knows where I can get a copy of the source â€?nbsp;finished or unfinished, so I can get started with working out how it works?

Is there anyway you can find the email address that atlantez used to register for your board? It may be the case that atlantez does not log onto the board very often and an email may fasttrack the finding of these elusive and eagerly awaited files.

Anyone seen the VB.NET version of PocketTaskVision yet?  I don't want to make my own conversion to learn how it works.

UPDATE:

After finding another C# to VB converter (http://authors.aspalliance.com/aldotnet/examples/translate.aspx), I have decided to kick start a version of the Pocket TaskVision myself. I have been through all the files in the project, run them all through the converter and put them back in their place within the project. The files currently reside on the gotdotnet.com site within on of their â€˜workspacesâ€? I now need some help tidying up the few errors in each file (indicated by â€œToDo: â€?nbsp;within a comment adjacent to the erroneous line togther with a short explanation of the problem) from some more experienced developers. If you believe you can help complete the project, or would like a copy of the files as they are for inspiration go to:
