when i useing ie this message apper and hang pc
The instruction at"0x001f1cb0" refferenced memory at "0x001f1cb0". The memory could not be "written".

probably , you have got virus and your ie is corrupted , install it again or format pc or use antivirus ,
if this is not your problem then explain it what exactly
