I was able to install the Desktop and the Compact parts of the application with no problems, but I have been unsuccessfull installing the Web part.

The install runs fine up until it actually attempts to create the virtual directory and install the files. I continually get 

"The specified path 'http://<pcname>/FotoVisionVB' is unavailable. The Internet Information Server might not be running or the path exists  and is redirected to another machine. Please check the status of this virtual directory Internet Services manager."

PC Specs: 2.6Ghz P4, 1 Gig RAM, XP Pro, Stand alone non-networked PC, using VS 2005 to develop VB.Net apps and I have never had an issue with any of the solution/projects I have created in the past. Lastly. I am running Norton Internet Security.

I have tried everything I can think of. IIS is running. I have tried creating the virtual directory and setting it up as an app prior to to the install and I still got the same error. I have tried disabling my Virus protector. I have tried changing permissions on the virtual directory and in IIS. Still the same error.

Any help would be appreciated. This looks like a great application to learn from.
