Missing file identities

I just got a message that three files are missing. Whether it matters or not depends on what they are. Can anyone tell me what these three files are used for? msvcp80.dll msvcr80.dll mscoree.dll

They are called by Acrord30.exe (the first two) and DotNetInstaller.exe. What is that last program? (I understand Adobe.)

If I need them, any safe source for them?
