i finally installed the .net terrarium 1.2 when i click on the .net terrarium 1.2 launch system it gave me a message of a missing a required .DLL file, MSCOREE.DLL, was not found how can i get this file to play .net terrarium 1.2

the above url to download a dll is a scam. i paid 1.99 for the download and it was an invalid and corrupt file.
