Local Terrarium as Screensaver

Hello,

can I use my local Terrarium as standard Terrarium?

I don't think it is possible.  There is the /loadterrarium command line, if you can get the OS to pass it to the screen saver when it launches.

The LoadTerrarium and Run game modes are mutually exclusive. I don't think there is any way to put the Terrarium into a local state within screen saver mode regardless of what your command line is.

This is more to protect you than hurt you. In ScreenSaver mode there are a number of features enabled, including features that might allow users to gain access to your disk through the File IO dialogs. Further, in previous versions, it was possible to launch a browser, which we also had to disable, so that users couldnt' walk up to a locked machine in screen saver mode and go surfing the web. Oddly enough there are some very interesting stories around nearly every feature or lack of feature within the .NET Terrarium. We definitely put the required time in to make it both safe and functional.
