IssueVisionWebCS service for Access Database

If anyone is interested, a while back I converted the IssueVisionWeb service to use an access back-end instead of SQL. Why? I was bored, and didn't have a SQL Server or MSDE that I could install IssueVision database on. You can download from my web site here:
