Hi, has anyone successfully installed the necessary webservices on a server rather than localhost??

I have set up the webservices and can access them by viewing the page in the browser but whenever I try to run IssueVision against the new webservice I get 

"Soap exception"

I have updated the web.config and updated the web reference in the Solution.
