How to specify the Colorful cursor

At .NET Terrarium 1.2, I found the curosr was a colorful one (blue). However, at WinForm application, I can't specify one animated/colorful cursor to my Form.

Could any one be so kind to enlighten me how Terrarium uses the colorful cursor?

The cursor for Terrarium is drawn using DirectDraw. It hides the default windows cursor.
