How to develop a IDE in C# and .net

hi I am a final year computer science engineer and I want to develop a web development IDE in C# and .net as my FInal year project
Basically i am thinking an iDE for HTML javascript and CSS as I dont need to have a compiler to run the projects

please provide me with resources and tips

But if you know some compilers that I can use in my project so that I can extend it for other languages such as ASP.NET

You can build it all by yourself using a COM interfaces of mshtml.dll library, or you can use some free .net html editing component as a basis. I would recommend you looking at Tim Anderson's HTMLEdit (http://www.itwriting.com/htmleditor/). Using I developed a simple HTML editor,so youcan use my sourcecode as a reference (http://www.codelibrary.ru/justhtml_source.rar).
