Do you need "Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003"?

And if so, I do not have this, can you download it somewhere for free?

Hi,

It is not mandatory to use VS.NET 2003 for building applications with the .NET Framework. You can use the SDK tools from command line or a free IDE such as SharpDevelop: http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/Default.aspx

You cannot download Visual Studio.NET 2003 for free but you need to buy it:  http://msdn.microsoft.com/howtobuy/
