Can someone point me in the direction of how the background gradient is added to the popup windows?  I have looked the code over and cannot find it.  I can't even find the image in the project???

Hi drew10uga,

Are you talking about the pop up window when loading up the application? 
If so, this is actually done by loading and changing the "opacity" of a form, and then load the underlying data layer object, and finally close this pop up form.
