Hi, I have a question as far as how you were able to download ".config" files in version updates?  I have tried it but I continue to have errors.  I have read through the .NET Application Updater Component forum that this is due to the machine.config setting but I am curious since TaskVision downloads with a .config file without any problems.  

I would like to know what you did in order for the .config file to download without any mishaps.  I am trying to deploy a similar app and one of the things that I won't be able to do is go and change every end user's machine.config file.  That is, if I am understanding this correctly.  

I would greatly appreciate any feedback possible on this subject since I am using a config file with my application to do various features, such as probing, etc.  Therefore, it is very important to allow config files to be able to download with the updates.

Is it my understanding that no one knows how this was accomplished?  I was hoping some of the guys/gals from MICROSOFT would be able to easily answer what they had to do in order for the AppUpdater component to work correctly using .config files.

This is very important because I want to use the component but I don't want to sacrifice the use of the .config file.
