If I understand you correctly, for what you want, I don't really think that you need transparency. Check out this article on how to construct an irregularly-shaped form. As nobugz mentioned in your previous thread, you can set the clip region of the form to any shape that you want. If the form is the same shape as the bitmap, then nothing would need to be transparent.
