When it hits the endInit call, I get a "class not registered" exception.  I can see the control on the form.

Any ideas?  I have visio pro 2003 and can do this in 2003 vs just fine

I'm having the same problem. It seemed like it was a security issue at first, but now it seems to be more of an actual registration issue like the error says. I don't understand why it works in .Net 2003 but not Whidbey. I can do other COM Interop in Whidbey...
