Setting a Control to use many usercontrols

Hi. I was wondering how could set lets say a tab or listview control to use more than one User Control? The user controls will be trigged with click events, if tab control, then create another tab item. I have no trouble setting up the User Control, and Click event in XAML. if anyone can provide sample code for xaml and the under code, it would be awesome.
