.NET Framework 3.0 development on VB2005EE

Hi! I am running Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition on Windows XP Home Edition. How can I develop in VB2005EE with .NET framwork 3? I can't seem to get it to upgrade! I go into Help>About, and it says Visual Studio version 8.0.50727.42 (RTM.050727-4200), and .NET version 2.0.50727.

Please help me!Thanks!

Wait a minute, I figured out how, but now I have a new problem: I can only use XAML! I can't use the Windows Forms designer. How do I do this?
