ListView SelectedIndexChanged

I wish this event was "SelectedIndexChanging" and could be cancelled.

I would vote that many more events could be cancelled. They seem to have gotten shy about allowing events to be cancelled in this version.

Tough to do that off the top of my head. I come across them occasionally, and wonder why you can't cancel the event. But I can't think of any at the moment. Sorry.
