How to set windows to open an application with one click

Can someone help me set windows to open an app. with one click thank you in advance.

For this you will need to change the mouse settings inside the control panel.

You will need to set the file assosiation for that file. for the code what language are yu using so that we can pass you the correct code to develop the solution.

umm.. sorry im confused, i think you misunderstood what i am asking. I want to know how do i click something on my computer once to open it up so i dont need to double click.
