How to Enable Mirroring of a Control?

HI,
i have a form thats contains a label.
I have to mirror the label text as shown in this link.( Image having caption "Form without setting theWS_EX_NOINHERITLAYOUT" )
i am using VS 2005 and C#.
Can someone explain with code...??

There is example code on the website AND it contains a download link in both VB.NET and C#. What else do you need?
