How to apply IE installation or upgradation on Client Computers using WDS?

I wanted to know that is it possible that we could install or upgrade the existing IE on each WinXP Computer within the local network using WDS?

I have heard that we can use WDS evenon WinServer 2003 ,can you pls guide me step by step how to implement it?

My other question is that can WDS work in workgroup environment?
