Hi

Does anyone know how to mail merge into a password protected MS Form?  I work in a healthcare setting and I am trying to develop a set of Password Protected MS Forms for our clinicians to use.  In order to control from both a quality and security perspective the forms must password protected thus not allowing the clinicians to change the content or layout.  Several fields would need to be populated when opening a MS Form template.  I can not find a way of doing this without the user first entering the password, something we are trying to avoid!!!!. 

Anyone know???
