Hello All,
Can somebody please explain what the ChangeUICues Event does, when it is raised in layman's terms.

I looked at the documentation and it says
"Occurs when the focus or keyboard user interface (UI) cues change"

I don't understand what "cues changes" mean. What are cues?. Under what circumstances this event will be raised.
