We have to take a Three labels,Textboxes having Name,Address,Amount
4check boxes in a group box having with courses like  For example Csharp(2000) etc with Groupbox heading name as "Courses Offered"
a ssimilarly with Radio buttons with in a Groupbox name Track ,For example  Fast Track(300) etc

We have to get the total amout in allocationg field of the Amout field
