Found that RegionMaster Controls is very powerful and useful, however, I can't download it any more.

This is the originial site of the control http://windowsclient.net/articles/usingregionmastercontrols.aspx without any link to download that.

I google it, still can't find.

Any clue about this are highly appreciated!

Just goes to show how important UI Design is. The site looks good but, it was not immediately obvious that there was any link at all (unless you turned of CSS Styles).
