Lost tool bars while developing a Form in Access 2003

This must be so simple I can't see it. I am developing a form in Access 2003. I thought I was done so I started to clean it up in the properties doing things like removing the scroll bars, auto center etc. Now I want to go back and make a change and can not figure out how to get the tool bars back. This is killing me, please help.

Hi ShawnT7575,

Do you mean you are programming with office, such as using VBA to add a menu item on the Access window? If so, I would move this thread to the VSTO forum.
