Form Controls Have Disappeared

Hi,

I have been working on a VB.NET form in VB Express 2008 for 4 days and my form has lost its controls, background image and tabcontrol. The form looks like a new form. all the code for the controls are still in the designer file and the properties window for the form still has all the controls and their properties. Does anyone have any ideas how to get the form design back.

I was getting a token endelement error and then a not enough storage space error even though i have 72gb of storage space left.

I can email the solution if someone can help me or post my code.
