Controls displaying improperly.

This problem started after I installed VS2008. But I've completely removed VS2008, VS2005, all the supporting software, all of the .Net Frameworks. Reinstalled the Framworks fresh. Reinstalled VS2005 freshly and I'm still getting this problem.

The controls all display fine at runtime. But at design time and in places in VS2005 such as in the "Project Refferences" window. There are parts of controls missing. Such as in this picture.

The controls on the form are a NumericUpDown control and a SplitContainerControl. Notice the parts of the controls that are missing. Any ideas?

Nobody can replicate this problem or would know what is wrong with my system? I can't program like this.

Showing some sourcecode would really help. I can only quess whats wrong. Smile

That screenshot was from design time. The only source code was what is auto-generated in the designer and it was completely normal compared to before the problem. Just the other day the problem corrected itself without me changing anything. I have no idea what was wrong, or what happened to fix the problem.
