a control that looks like VS.NET toolbox

How can i create this kind of control? Or where kan i buy it? 
I have tried to make something that looks like the Visual Studio toolbox. But i cant get it right! 

Please help!

I don't know of any commercial controls, but I developed a control which can support a similar look and feel. If it doesn't quite do what you need, I'm open to suggestions. Check out the OutlookBar control at:

I'm trying to greate a "button list" that has the same look and feel as the VS.NET toolbox... I have checked out the lib you sugested, but i cant get it right....Any tips?
