Where is the DataForm Wizard?

I am a reletively new C# and VS programmer and I am looking for the DataForm Wizard to help me jump start a project. I found it in VS 2003 but cannot find it in VS 2005. Where is it?

So there is no DataForm Wizard in VS2005. That is VERY unfortunate. The "samples" web site is interesting, but only slightly helpful. There is simply no replacement for a wizard.

I am VERY disappointed, but not surprised.
