Heres the situation:

I have a gridview named  annual Retention.
In this gridview I show the monthly retention for clients and money lost and retained. When they click on select they open the details of each sales person, How do I open that grid view in a different window. I am using another drop down list for dept as well. I would like to be able to pop up a web page that has the monthly preakdown in a new window. Thanks.
