Where is the mage.exe that is part of the VS 2008 setup?

According to this MSDN pagethe mage.exe for VS 2008 should be part of the VS 2008 setup. I have installed both VS 2008 and SD for 2008, but still I cannot find the new mage... I only find the old 3.5.2 for 2.0 framework..

Where can I find this file? I have only deselected Visual Basic etc. from the VS setup...

If I use mage.exe from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\V6.0A\Bin i get version 3.5.21022.8. But still I get the in the manifest does not match the identity of the downloaded assembly error message when upgrading as mentioned in this post.
