This is getting really frustrating...

Quite often i get the BSOD (blue screen of death) while publishing to a server using clickonce. I click the publish button, and after a either short or long period of time, my screens will go black, and for about 4 seconds my primary screen displays a blue screen (with no text on it - just a blue screen). Then the PC reboots.

It never happens any other time, ONLY when i do clickonce deployments. It doesnt happen every single time, but it happens at least 1 out of 3 times. It is unbelievably frustrating and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Windows Vista Ultimate (Build 6000)

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005

I have installed the visual studio update for vista.

I have the same problem. I tried to desinstall, but It didn't work.

Please if somebody have the solution, Please let us know

I am under the suspicion that it is driver related. Do you have any missing drivers? In particular video drivers...

What kind of setup are you running?

I also use Windows Vista 64bit Ultimate

I have also experienced the same thing (Blue Screen) while:

-Gaming

-Copying files

-While Restarting

-ITunes

- On the internet Browsing

-etc.

I don’t know if this happened ever since i "Enabled write caching on the disk" & "Enable advanced performance"

These two options are Under "Policies" When you click on properties under the HDD (Disk Drives name in "Device Manager")

I hope there comes a fix for this bug.
