Removing start menu group?

A pet peeve of mine is applications that make a folder in the start menu for only one item, making it unnecessarily harder to get to. Rather than have Company/Suite/Product, I just want to put the app right in the all programs folder. Is there any way I can do this with ClickOnce?

There is no way to do that in ClickOnce. Sorry.
