I'm sorry, what do you mean by "when I try to include the prerequisites". Do you mean when you click on the checkbox in the Prerequisites dialog, and are you downloading from the component vendor's website?

Frankly, it sounds like you don't have the prerequisite folders. They should be under C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0a\Bootstarpper\Packages. Are there any files there?

If not, I recommend reinstalling Visual Studio and the SP-1.
