well i have make an application(WPF application) and i make a msi of it with using WIX on VS2008, but now i want to implement the SCE setup feature in for my application.
in other words i can say i want to make a bootstrap and clickonce for my application.
can anyone please help me out??.

From your description, you want to change your old deployment into ClickOnce deployment. Could you please provide more information about what your issue is?

I want to deploy my application with window installer and i want to check the prerequisites (like .Net 3.5, .Net 3.5 Sp1 etc) before installing my installer(my application's MSi file) .
i am using Client Profile Configuration Designer tool for building the bootstrapper for my application.but i get the problem in it.

Problem :: 1) when i run the setup file it show me an error(mention below). i tried the photosuru(i have the same kind a file for my application) setup file in the machine which have vista home basic sp1 not installed any .Net Framework it show me the error. why is it so??

Check ur network Connection and restart Setup
