No Touch Deployment and Localization

Hey,

We have a .NET 2.0 no-touch deployment project that supports 5 languages (including the default of en-us). On WinXP SP2 the controls load without issue (running IE6 and IIS5.1).

However, when we deploy to our W2K3 server (all the same .NET security & configuration settings) it does not load the localization assembly (in this case the en-us satellite assembly).

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
