How to validate the Serial No.key in msi with ORCA Tool?

I have tried following details given in link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/253683/en-us

But how can , I create the custom action dll file? This topic is like difficult to understand. Sad

If anybody know , please let me know.

Thanks Mr.Zhi Xin Ye,

I have tried the project,but it is giving the run time error that msi.lib is not found.

Actually I am VB.NET developer,I dont know about VC++ errors.

Please tell in details..

In the Visual C++ project, select the project name in solution explorer, set configuration to All Configurations, and in Linker, Input, Additional Dependencies just put msi.lib.
