Execute a Setup.exe which is on Http Server

I want to create a Win32 programe.exe through that programe.exe,I Want to execute a setup.exe which is on http server or ftp server.

When I am Using shellexecute function that execute setup0.exe which is on my system (machine) but I want to execute setup.exe .

Is it possible .

pls help me .
