Click Once deployment Issue

Hi All - I have published a windows application (test hello world app) using click once deployment. This gets deployed and works on some systems. But on few systems the deployment goes thru fine but when I try to run the application it does not come up. Not sure what is causing this...

Some details:

I have tried both Online only and "online offline" stratgey.
If I install the same using MSI installer it works fine
I am using VS 2005 Team edition for Software Developers.

Any insights would be of great help. Thanks.

If you are getting an error dialog please post the log file that you see there.
